Biography

Julie began her career at the University in 2007 as a project management services contract specialist with a background in architectural institutional building construction administration. In June of 2014 she made the leap to the academia-side by joining the Oden Institute. The fascinating world of research has broadened her understanding and experience in research administration. She assists with the development and submission of federal and non-federal research grants.  Key experience with NSF and DOE DARPA research awards and subawards with collaborating Universities like Yale and Stanford. She also assists her Principle Investigators by administering budgetary spending with funding from industry led research initiatives with sponsors like Sandia, Facebook, Oracle, and AMD to mention a few.
